Ian Bell (137) just last ball before the Tea misjudge the ball going to fence as four later he realized it’s not a boundary and ran for the fourth run but (as it seemed to some commentators) that instead he ran to the strikers end Eoin Morgan as it was the last ball before Tea, Dhoni appealed for a Run-out and eventually third umpire gave it a run out (which is absolutely right as per the rule of Cricket).. Later on the Indian Cricket team decided to recall the decision to play the game in the right spirit and Ian Bell was called back BIZARRE!!

Controversy over Ian Bell decision

During the India-England match, a bit of controversy took place with Ian Bell being given NOT OUT by Umpire Billy Bowden. Yuvraj Singh asked MS Dhoni to ask for a referral. The Hawk Eye showed that the ball would hit the stumps but Bell was not given LBW because of a 2.5 metre rule. At the point of impact of the ball Bell was 2.5 metres away from the wicket.
